We bake cookies fresh and ship once per week. Orders placed on Friday cookie drops ship the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding major holidays). We ship exclusively with UPS (Ground or 2-Day) No PO Boxes, no international shipping, and no signature required. Once UPS has your package, delivery timing is out of our hands. We don’t offer refunds or replacements for carrier delays. However, we will provide you with a tracking number to check your expected arrival.

Cookies are baked fresh same day they are shipped. We typically ship on Mondays. Again, a tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Cookies are sealed for freshness and are best within 5-7 days after their ship date, but can be frozen for up to 3 months.
