Where do you deliver?
We currently ship nationwide.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS Monday-Thursdays. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Your estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout. Issues with your order within the dates provided, please reach out to us with your order number and email it to haywoodandevans@gmail.com.
Please note, we will not respond to order issues unless the final date of delivery has passed to ensure we are providing ample time for the delivery service to deliver your items within the timeframe provided.
What’s the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost will be provided at checkout and it is based on your order.
Not going to be home during delivery?
If you are not home to receive your package, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be present to retrieve your order. However, we add protection to your order by sealing each cookie individually and sealed in a mailer bag to ensure your cookies arrive safe!
Please double check your order address before placing it as if an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or the shipping address.
Returns and Refunds
We bake our treats fresh daily, in house and by hand and due to perishable nature of the products used for our goodies, we cannot be responsible for transportation and stored once they leave our baking facility.
How long do my cookies last?
If you are one of our rare customers and do not eat all of your cookies in one day, you can store them in an air tight container for one week…that is if they last that long!
Another tip if you do no eat all of your cookies is to freeze them. For optimal freshness, freeze them on the day you receive your cookies. When you are ready to eat, you can reheat your cookies in a 350F oven for 4-5 minutes until warm and gooey!
